World Language Learning Center Surveys
We humbly ask for your help and support. As a critical component of maintaining the Learning Center funding, each Learning Center must have each of it's student participants, parents, community members, administrators and teachers fill out a survey.
The surveys provide the Learning Center Coordinators and supervising Educational Officer with valuable information about the viability and feasibility of maintaining each Learning Center. The data that is collected is analyzed and integrated into a self-study and annual report.
If you have participated in any of the World Language Learning Center language classes or activities, please fill out the appropriate survey. You will be asked to enter your name. This feature is for accounting purposes only, meaning that only the technician will be able to see the names to ensure the integrity of the survey system is not compromised by multiple entries by the same person. The Learning Center Coordinator and other stakeholders will not have any access to the name list, so answers will remain anonymous.

If you did not receive a password, please download the PDF file to print and send a scanned copy to us through the Contact page or submit the hard copy to Mrs. C. Wong or any of the World Language teachers at Moanalua High School.
