Parameters & Requirements

The World Language Learning Center at Moanalua High School is proud to host the annual World Language Speech Festival at Moanalua High School. Participation is open to all students enrolled in a World Language class in the DOE. Community members, post-secondary language instructors, private school teachers and other native speakers come together to assess the unique speeches presented at every level. Teachers and students from all public high schools are encouraged to participate with our Moanalua students in this amazing event.

We are looking for students/schools and for judges!

If you are joining us for the first time, or just need some ideas on how to prepare your students, check out the VoiceThread presentations below. VoiceThread is a free online program that you can use to help your students do oral presentations. It's similar to making a Powerpoint. Feel free to contact Cindy Wong at Moanalua High School if you would like to use the program and need some assistance.
